Eagle Tennis Club — The Heart of Treasure Valley Tennis
For nearly a decade, Eagle Tennis Club was the premier indoor tennis facility in the Treasure Valley. USPTA pros Percy Chan and Todd McPeak built careers there. Hundreds of players — including brothers Eliott and Owen McPeak — grew up on its courts. It wasn't just a facility. It was home.
The Closure That Shook the Community
Eagle Tennis Club's property was sold to Life Time Fitness. The club closed. KTVB News, BoiseDev, and The Stampede covered the loss. The coaching staff — who had devoted their careers to that community — had no home. 140+ families had nowhere to go. It felt like the end. It wasn't.
Seven Coaches & Alumni Choose Not to Accept Defeat
Percy Chan, Todd McPeak, Jim Brown, Michael Zitterkopf, Lucy Merrick, Eliott McPeak, and Owen McPeak launched Eagle Tennis Academy from Eagle High School's outdoor courts. No building. No backing. Just coaches who believed this community deserved better — and families who believed in them.
140+ Players. $50K+. A Blockbuster First Season.
The response was overwhelming. 140+ players enrolled. Ten weeks of daily clinics. $50,000+ in revenue. Four USPTA-certified pros. Twelve-plus college player-coaches — former state champions who came back to invest in the next generation. The proof of concept was undeniable. The spreadsheet chaos, though? That had to change.
Born on the Courts of Eagle High
Billing tracked in texts. Families in spreadsheets. Lessons on a whiteboard. Payroll done manually at midnight. We built Racket Matrix CRM because we were living every pain point. Every feature in this software came from a real problem we encountered while coaching real players. There's nothing theoretical about it.
Racket Matrix — The Indoor Home We're Building
Co-founded by Eliott and Owen McPeak through Boise State Venture College, Racket Matrix will open as a year-round indoor facility in November 2026 — tennis, pickleball, golf simulators, MultiBall walls, strength & conditioning. Eagle Tennis Club's vision, rebuilt for a new generation. The CRM will run the whole thing.
